Since 1986 we sell OEM products into the Furniture and Kitchen Industry. Our furniture components are not produced under an own brand, since we understand ourselves as professional partner for the furniture manufacturing industry. Therefor we only produce to the specifications provided by our partners. Our success is based on precise manufacturing and the overall monitoring of the quality to fulfill our costumers expectations.
We are producing the whole range from furniture parts up to RTA ? furniture. All of our products are produced by using solid wood, whereas in certain parts of furniture we use our own brand plywood (WAYANG). Above all kinds of furniture we are specialised in the production of:
Cabinet doors (sizes according to your specification):
- framed doors with recessive or raised panel
- solid wood doors with one strip lamella or finger jointed lamella (side or top)
Ready made kitchen cabinets and furniture (produced to desired specifications):
- kitchen cabinets made out of solid wood, white-filmed plywood or other materials.
- furniture made of solid wood, fancy veneered plywood or combinations of both.
Solid wood panels (full sheets or cut to size):
- edge glued solid wood panels with full strip lamella or finger jointed lamella (side or top)
Drawer (custom size)
- made of solid wood or plywood (birch plywood or others) ? mitered, doweled or with bull nose.
Cut to size blanks (RO, RS and FS) and engineered wood parts
All furniture components can be premanufacutered to your specifications (drilling, CNC, profiles, packaging, barcode etc.).
Our main species are European Oak, Rubberwood and Falcata. However we produce our hardwood furniture components also from Beech, Ash and tropical Species like, Merbau, Meranti and Kempas.
All starts with high quality lumber. To ensure continous high quality we buy the lumber for all projects by ourselves and ship it to Indonesia. is bought and inspected here in Europe and than send to Indonesia.
